Processing time: 
If you purchase a download it is available instantly for you. Custom made VIN workshop manuals usually take around 24 hours to produce. All orders that require posting are despatched within 24 hours. However, please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to contacting us if your goods have not arrived in the UK and 10 days if you reside outside of the UK. In the first instance please raise a support ticket here and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.

Downloads are available instantly, apart from custom made Workshop Manuals which take usually around 24 hours.

Shipping time: 
We usually deliver orders within 2-10 business days. (MONDAY – FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons)

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline 0844 351 0252 or emailing quickhelp@/easymanuals.com

If purchasing an “Instant Download”, your order will be available instantly via a secure download link provided after checkout that can be accessed from within your account and through your order confirmation email.

If you have purchased the unique workshop manual service using your vehicle’s VIN number then we aim to provide you with a secure download link for the manual within 24 hours of your purchase via email. In most cases you should receive your manual within a few hours, if there is an issue resulting in the delivery being longer than 24 hours we will notify you by email.

If you have selected the DVD or memory stick option or purchased a physical product you only pay one shipping fee per order, so if you have 3 workshop manuals in your order you will only pay one delivery charge. Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
